End-to-end encryption
Every message, photo, voice note, and file is encrypted on the sender’s device and can only be decrypted by the people in the conversation.
Secure Team Messaging
A secure, end-to-end encrypted messaging system for iPhone and Android, set up individually for each team on its own private server. Your conversations stay between your people—on infrastructure built only for you.
Benefits
Executive protection details, family offices, leadership teams, and other groups with elevated privacy requirements need a way to talk that is not tied to personal phone numbers or shared public infrastructure.
Every message, photo, voice note, and file is encrypted on the sender’s device and can only be decrypted by the people in the conversation.
One-to-one conversations add modern post-quantum-resistant key exchange, designed to help protect against traffic being recorded today and decrypted in the future.
Staff do not need a phone number, email address, or username to use it, so team members are not tied to personal identifiers.
Each team runs on its own dedicated server, set up individually for that team—not on shared public servers.
The team server is protected by a team password, so only your people can connect—even if an invite code or link is shared outside the team.
Your team administrator decides who joins and who is removed. When someone leaves the team, their access can be closed off.
The server only relays encrypted data. It cannot read the content of your messages or files.
Works on both iPhone and Android, so mixed-device teams can communicate on one secure system.
Red.One builds, secures, and maintains the server for your team, so your staff can focus on the work, not the technology.
Private by design
Every Red.One Secure Team Messaging deployment is configured for a single team. Your team gets its own private server, its own access password, and its own administrator controls. Nothing is shared with other Red.One clients.
Messages and files are relayed through a private server set up only for your team, not through shared public servers.
Content is encrypted on each device before it is sent. The server passes along encrypted data it cannot read.
A team password is required to connect to the server, keeping outsiders off your system.
Red.One handles server setup, security, and ongoing maintenance.
How it works
Getting a team member connected takes just a few minutes. Red.One provides a setup guide for your team.
Step 1
Install the secure messaging app from the App Store or Google Play.
Step 2
Scan your team’s code or tap the invite link provided by your administrator.
Step 3
Enter the team password, shared privately by your administrator, and you are connected.
Post-quantum-resistant protection applies to one-to-one conversations. Group conversations are end-to-end encrypted.
