Privacy Policy

Red.One is independently operated and designed around a privacy-first model. We do not sell, rent, license, sublicense, or otherwise provide user data to third parties for advertising, marketing, or commercial data-broker purposes.

Privacy by Design. Red.One is built without advertising or behavioral tracking. The platform does not use third-party advertising trackers to monitor user activity.

Account Information. An email address is required to establish and manage a Red.One account.

Customer Support. If you contact Red.One Support, any personal information you provide is used only to investigate your request, resolve the issue, and communicate with you regarding that support matter.

Operational & Technical Data. Red.One maintains only the limited technical information necessary to operate and secure the service. This may include randomly generated authentication tokens, encryption or authentication keys, device push-notification tokens, and similar operational data.

DNS & VPN Privacy. Red.One does not maintain logs of individual DNS queries or VPN browsing activity. We do not retain DNS request content, browsing destinations, resolver histories, originating IP addresses associated with activity, connection histories, session timestamps, bandwidth histories, or other personally identifiable records of network activity passing through the Red.One DNS or VPN infrastructure.

To provide users with basic privacy-protection statistics, Red.One may maintain aggregate counters showing the total number of DNS requests processed and the total number blocked. These counters are numerical totals only and do not contain domain names, destinations, timestamps, browsing histories, or information identifying the underlying activity.

Red.One does not monetize, redirect, alter, or manipulate user traffic for advertising or commercial purposes.

Red.One does not sell or share users' browsing histories or VPN activity.
